Through its user-friendly web interface, security professionals can configure PatrolLIVE to the unique needs of each client or location. Workflow can be constructed by assigning an unlimited number of mandatory checkpoints to each location and by organizing these locations into predetermined routes. Through the same interface, even clients can collaborate in the configuration of PatrolLIVE by adding special checkpoints and instructions when needs arise.

After incidents and activity data is captured on scene, it is instantly available through your PatrolLIVE web account – which can be customized to an individual security provider's needs. Key personnel can be automatically alerted to major incidents as they occur. Any web user can view activity detail and create reports customized to their needs.

Information can also be extracted from the PatrolLIVE web portal by both the security provider and its clients, and shared with corporate incident management systems and other operational databases as required.

In addition to improving the speed and accuracy of tour-based data collection, PatrolLIVE provides field officers with decision support tools such as suggested best practices at their fingertips when they encounter extraordinary conditions. As an example, PatrolLIVE retains the most up to date emergency response post orders available for any given location.
